Great location. Good service. Many restaurants and cafe around the hotel (24 hours). It’s a cabin crew hotels …very interesting. Highly recommended

Overall it was good.

The location was convenient, many restaurants nearby and close to the airport.

The hotel didn’t provide any cleaning products including body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Even though there is regulation against providing disposable products, the hotel could have provided cleaning products in refillable containers.

Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. They are located close to some food joints - so it was easy to go have a meal outside the hotel if one wanted. Also, the hotel offers an Airport Shuttle - thereby making it easy to travel to the Airport especially if you have an early morning flight. In close proximity of terminal 1.

Comfortable, efficient, many places to eat nearby, convenient to airport.

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Room width was small, but room had everything including refrigerator, stove, hot water pot, washer, kitchen sink. Bidet with heated seat was nice. One closet and a set of shelves. No dresser. No view. Very close to train station and food places. Close to the airport. Automatic light only went on near door, not near bathroom in middle of night. Toiletries can be purchased at front desk for about $3 USD.

Small width of room. did run out of toilet paper. Far from tourist sites.

The room is larger than my apartment in Japan. I wish there were apartments like this hotel in Japan.

I like that there are a kitchen, a fridge, and a laundry machine inside a room.

Amenities were not for free.

Fair price but lack cleanness

The location is very close to the airport and therefore very convenient in case of early morning flights.

There was a hair on the bed, inside the blanket and also several hairs in the shower. The tv remote was no where to be found but i admit i was too lazy to go asking to the desk.

Convenient hotel for airport-bound travellers

The location was perfect for my needs, and the staff was very helpful at making sure I got to the airport in good time.

The room is long and narrow, which means that manoeuvring can be difficult. It’s fine for a short stay, but I can imagine it would get annoying over a longer period of time.

Perfect for a stay close to the airport

The rooms are nice and cosy. Beds are pretty comfortable and the showers are hot. The WiFi is really strong and can be used for streaming. Really useful to have a kettle and microwave in the room too. The staff were incredibly helpful and printed out everything I needed for my flights. Thanks! :)

The room temperature in winter is too hot (set to 27c). Staff brought me a fan, which was great & I could open the winter as the air quality was decent. On a bad air day, this could’ve been an issue though.

Fine

I stated at this hotel to catch a flight has early departure. It is adjacent to the Unseo AREX train station and quite accessible on foot. I did not use it as I checked in almost midnight but the building complex has an arcade houses different restaurants and cafe, which will benefit travelers, I assume. The room is mediocre. You get what you pay for.

Nothing particular. I wish there be a shuttle service as written on the website. It is easy for the hotels in Korea to cancel out everything because of Covid.

Location: this hotel is located very near to a subway station. Also, there are various good restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room size is kinda small and room temperature was not adjustable

Very Good

Large, comfortable, well-equipped room. Very accessible; immediately opposite Unseo Subway/AREX Station and only a couple of stops before Incheon Airport; handy for an early check-in at the Airport.

Not really a criticism, but it is very confusing having two hotel brands from the same group (Wyndham's) in the same building. Arriving at night and exiting the Station you are confronted by a giant neon sign for the "other brand"; having circumnavigated the entire block (a 70+ senior dragging a wheelie case), you find yourself back where you started where there's a common entrance for both brands. Separate lifts at either of the building for each brand take you up to a "common" reception on the 3rd floor. Separate lifts again for access to the accommodation floors, but if you walk far enough down the corridor, the decor changes and it becomes the "other brand". Totally bizarre! What is a criticism though is, the hotel cites a local ordnance preventing them from providing toiletries in the rooms, I am sure that even if there is an ordnance regarding bulk supplies (which might be handled by multiple persons), in the current COVID environment it would be helpful (and acceptable) to hand out individual items like shampoo and conditioner at check-in. A poor solution to a non-existent problem!
